Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

All sales from NutriFit 713 LLC—including digital workout plans (such as the Foundation, Momentum, and Apex Plans), personalized training programs, and personal training sessions—are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of instant access and intellectual property protection, we do not offer refunds on any digital products or personalized content once delivered. For personal training sessions, cancellations made with at least 12 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty; however, no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours will result in a forfeited session. Refunds for unused sessions may only be considered in the event of a verified medical condition and must be requested in writing to nutrifit713@gmail.com. For the Dr. Valencia book, we do not accept returns unless the book arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. NutriFit 713 LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. By purchasing any product or service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
